Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. For professionals, we also collect the details you add to your profile (service, area, bio, photos) and your phone number, which is verified via OTP and stored securely in encrypted form.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform: to show professional profiles to customers, to enable contact between customers and professionals, to verify phone numbers, to prevent abuse, and to improve our service.

3. Phone numbers

A professional's phone number is stored encrypted and is never shown publicly in page code. It is revealed to a logged-in customer only when they choose to contact the professional. We log these reveals to protect professionals from spam and abuse.

4. What we share

We do not sell your personal data. A professional's public profile (name, service, area, photos, bio) is visible to users. Customer identities are not shown to professionals beyond what is needed to operate the service.

5. Location

If you share your location, we use it only to calculate distance and show nearby professionals. You can use the platform without sharing precise location.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the site. We may use analytics to understand usage and improve the platform.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive fields. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your choices

You can edit your profile or request removal of your account. Contact us via the Contact page for any privacy request.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
